Timetables are maintained on the customer management system with accurate information about age groups and costs

The holiday programme is agreed and advertised a minimum of a month prior to the start of the holidays.
The equipment being used is child friendly, in good condition and relevant to the session being delivered / age of the children attending the session.
Children are encouraged by Burst Camp coaches to bring water bottles and regular drink breaks are taken throughout the session
Burst into Activity Camp members of staff interact well with parents at sign in / sign out and give information on today’s sessions and the next day or weeks activities.
The session lesson plan is available for parents to see at the beginning / end of the session.
The session is adapted when required to ensure every child is engaged and having a great time.
Burst into Activity Camp staff introduces themselves to new children / parents and both are welcomed to the session
There are always a minimum of two Burst into Activity Camp staff leading the sessions and the correct ratios are followed (1:12).
We always adhere to our product offering and execute it without variation, delivering expertise and excellent service.
We promote all the benefits to our members and ensure they are aware of any policies relating to bookings, cancellations and rules of the camp.
A full weekly programme of Burst into Activity Camp activities is always on offer, it includes a good mix of activities.
Walls and surfaces are suitable for the intended purpose, clear and free from visible ingrained staining, dirt or posters / wall art.
Equipment not in use is stored securely.
All equipment, including mats, sports equipment, toys, furniture and books are in good condition and safe to use.
All children’s art work is displayed on boards provided.
